Are you prepared to see a next-gen series of Mortal Kombat on Xbox One and PS4? Mortal Kombat 10 is an upcoming fighting video game developed by NetherRealm Studios. In the Mortal Kombat series, it is the tenth main title, with a launch scheduled for April 14, 2015. The platforms for this amazing game include Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows. Fueled by next generation technology, Mortal Kombat 10 combines cinematic, unparalleled presentation with dynamic game play for creating an unprecedented Kombat experience. Mortal Kombat X offers players the ability to select from different variations of every character impacting both fighting and strategy style for the first time ever. With a new completely connected gameplay experience, the players are introduced into a persistent online contest where all fights matter in a worldwide battle for supremacy.

The Players get into an original story displaying some of the most prolific characters of this game, such as Sub-Zero and Scorpion, simultaneously presenting new challenges that symbolize the forces of evil and good and tie the tale together. Like the previous series of Mortal Kombat, Mortal Kombat 10 is a fighting game in which there are 2 players who fight against each other by using a variety of gruesome fatalities, attacks and special moves. The energy meter that has been already introduced in the previous versions of Mortal Kombat game, allows players to carry out techniques, for instance X-Ray special moves.

The fighters are allowed to interact with the environment using parts of the environment as weapons and bouncing off areas for repositioning themselves. Moreover, all fighters have three different variations. They all feature a different set of moves that they can use during the fight. For instance, Scorpion (one of the character) includes an Inferno variation that permits him to call hellspawn minions for aiding him in the fight, a Hellfire variation that depends more on fiery special moves and a Ninjutsu variation in which he uses dual swords. However, Brutality finishing moves are similar as Mortal Kombat 3.

Along with Sub-Zero and Scorpion, there are four new fighters as well that were announced when the game was disclosed. These include Kotal Kahn (the new emperor of Outworld), D’Vorah (she is an insect-like woman having abilities to control insects, Cassie Cage (daughter of Sony Blade and Johny Cage) and Ferra/Torr, a pairing comprises of a giant masked brute and an armored dwarf woman.

Judging from the Mortal Kombat 10 YouTube trailer the game graphics and gameplay look sleek and refreshing. The entire TechGeniux team is excited and ready to face off in mortal combat !
