The Fast And Furious 8 Has The Greenlight For New Film!

Fast 8 is a go! The news was revealed at the CinemaCon presentation that new Fast 8 film will be release April 14, 2017. It was a no brainer because the highly popular Furious 7 took in more than $1.1 billion globally so far. I’m not sure how the series will continue without its other lead star the late Paul Walker who died on November 30, 2013 in a car accident. I know a few people are calling for the series to end but I think there still may be life in the series.

I even think the series can go on without Brian O’Connor but it will be difficult. I think a quick fix to fill (not replace, you can’t replace what Paul Walker did for the series) the void of Brian O’Connor is to introduce a new character portrayed by Paul Walker’s younger brother Cody Walker. If the script is right and if Cody can polish up his acting skills he could inject the series with new life just like what the Rock did with Fast 5 film. Both Cody  and Caleb Walker worked on Furious 7 to help fill missing scenes for their late brother Paul Walker. Second, I’m not sure how they can top the falling cars from the plane in Furious 7, that stunt was insane awesome! I do think Furious 7 suffered a bit from the death of Walker with too many sub-plots that made  the script/story kind of cluttered but I for one still enjoyed the film. The ending scene saying good bye to Paul Walker and his character Brian O’Connor was truly touching moments which were handle well with good taste by the Studio and Furious 7 Team. With all that said, yes! Give me Fast 8 !
